All of NEV Jewellery’s products are covered by a care warranty so that your jewelry will look like the first day and you can enjoy it happily for many years.
We recommend that you carefully review the “Product Care and Usage Guide” that comes with your product in order to protect your jewelry from external factors and store it under the right conditions.
NEV Jewellery’s gold and diamond products are covered by a care warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. Except for precious metals, semi-finished leather, steel, ebony, and similar materials are covered by a warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase.
To ensure that your NEV Jewellery products are covered under the warranty, you must present the invoices for the product as well, and for diamond products, the diamond certificates submitted together with the invoice. Products for which the invoice and, if applicable, the diamond certificate are not provided will be excluded from the warranty coverage.
Products on which any intervention such as size adjustment and measurement, repair, etc. is carried out by third parties and/or institutions other than NEV Jewellery will be excluded from the warranty coverage.
As a result of an expert assessment, deformations and/or products used outside the usage conditions, or damaged due to storage conditions, or that have received an impact, or that have come into contact with any chemical will be excluded from the warranty coverage if it is determined that they are caused by user errors.
Products that are excluded from the warranty coverage due to usage errors are repaired in our own workshop in accordance with our customers’ requests, without any profit motive.
If any addition and/or change is to be made to the products brought in for repair, this will first be communicated to the customer, and after the customer’s approval, the appropriate process will be carried out.
The measuring/adjustment of the products you have purchased is carried out free of charge, and the shipping costs that occur during this process will be covered by us.
