Can I make a set with the product that I like?


If you wish, you can create a set with the single item that you bought. If you buy a product that has not any matching pieces, you can contact us to produce as custom design.

 

The ring that I bought is not fit to my finger. What should I do?


If you inform us about your ring size, we can manage to fit the ring to your finger with no cost. For the measurement process, you can either ship to us with no cost and insured thanks to the code that we send you by contacting with us or you can visit one of our Nev Jewellery shops.

 

If the product repaired by third party firms and not by Nev Jewellery, will my product out of warranty?

Pricing for diamond products not only based on carat size but also on ‘’4C rule’’. ‘’4C’’ is the abbreviation of Cut, Color, Clarity and Carat which are the distinct features of the diamond.

 

Can I choose the shipping company at my own wishes?


We deliver our products to you with 100% insurance under the assurance of Brinks Logistics. Products must be shipped by Brinks' contracted shipping company for  insurance to remain active. Otherwise, products will be out of insurancy.
